This Privacy Policy explains how Rewertyn ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the mobile game Sudoku Dozen (package name com.Rewertyn.SudokuDozen).

- The app stores game progress, settings, purchases, and consent choices locally on your device.
- Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are used only if you accept analytics and diagnostics in the app.
- In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play and Unity Purchasing. We do not receive your payment card details.
- The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.
Information We Process
Local game data
The app saves information needed to run the game, such as puzzle progress, completed puzzles, scores, local leaderboard entries, achievements, settings, language choices, hints or virtual currency balance, unlocked content, purchase entitlements, subscription state, and your analytics consent choice. This information is stored on your device using local app storage and PlayerPrefs.
Analytics data, if you consent
If you accept analytics, the app may send gameplay and app usage events to Firebase Analytics. These events can include app start information, screen or UI interactions, puzzle board size, difficulty, game mode, daily challenge activity, hints or virtual currency events, store or purchase-flow interactions, app version, build number, platform, and a session identifier generated by the app. We use this information to understand how the game is used, improve balance, and fix problems.
Crash and diagnostic data, if you consent
If you accept analytics and diagnostics, the app may send crash reports, non-fatal error reports, logs, and diagnostic details to Firebase Crashlytics. These reports may include app version, build number, Unity version, platform, network reachability, device/app technical information, sanitized error codes, and limited gameplay or purchase-flow context needed to diagnose issues.
Purchase data
When you buy, restore, or manage in-app purchases or subscriptions, Google Play and Unity Purchasing process the transaction. The app may receive product identifiers, purchase status, subscription or entitlement status, product price and currency metadata, and receipt information needed to grant or restore content. Payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not entered into or stored by Sudoku Dozen.
Device and technical data
Firebase, Google Play services, and Unity Purchasing may process device and app identifiers, IP address, app instance information, technical diagnostics, and security or service-operation data as part of providing analytics, crash reporting, purchases, fraud prevention, and app functionality. The app is configured as a no-ads build and does not intentionally use an advertising SDK.
Information We Do Not Collect Directly
We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, account password, contacts, photos, videos, private messages, camera recordings, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location through the app. If you choose to email us for support, we will receive the email address and information you choose to send.
How We Use Information
- To run the game, save progress, remember settings, and unlock purchased content.
- To process purchases, subscriptions, restores, and entitlements.
- To measure gameplay balance and improve the app, only if analytics consent is accepted.
- To diagnose crashes, errors, purchase issues, and technical problems, only if analytics and diagnostics consent is accepted.
- To respond to support or privacy requests that you send to us.
Third-Party Services
Sudoku Dozen uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase Analytics for optional app and gameplay analytics.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics for optional crash and diagnostic reporting.
- Google Play and Google Play Billing for purchases, subscriptions, payment handling, and purchase management.
- Unity and Unity Purchasing for integrating in-app purchases with the app stores.
Advertising
Game does not include an active advertising SDK, and ads are disabled in the game code. Earlier legacy versions of the game may have included third-party advertising features. These versions could display ads and may have allowed advertising providers to process certain technical data, such as device information, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, and ad performance data, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Analytics and Diagnostics Choices
When the app asks for analytics and diagnostics consent, you can accept or continue without analytics. You can also change this choice in the app settings where the option is available. If you decline or withdraw consent, the app should stop sending optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data from that point forward. Some local data remains on your device so the game can function.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account. The app stores entitlement information locally so purchased content can be unlocked or restored. Purchase diagnostics sent to crash reporting or analytics are designed to avoid raw payment details, raw order identifiers, and raw receipt tokens.
Data Retention
Local game data is kept on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Purchase entitlements may be restored from Google Play after reinstalling if the store account still owns them. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase/Google according to their service settings and retention practices. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can decline optional analytics and diagnostics in the app.
- You can clear local game data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
- You can manage purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or more information about data associated with your support request or app use.
- We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current no-ads version.
Children's Privacy
Our game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age required by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The game does not require account registration, does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, photos, messages, or other personal contact information, and does not include social features, public profiles, or user-generated content sharing.
If the game uses analytics, crash reporting, advertising, in-app purchases, or other third-party services, such services may process limited technical, device, usage, or transaction-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and in the privacy policies of those third-party service providers.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information to us, or that personal information about your child has been collected in a way that is not described in this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: marcin.rewertyn@gmail.com. We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete such information where required by applicable law.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s use of apps, games, and online services.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a mobile game, including relying on Google Play, Firebase, and Unity services for secure purchase, analytics, and crash-reporting infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
The services used by the app may process information on servers located in different countries. By using the app and enabling optional analytics where applicable, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.
